Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition Period: 28 August 2026 at 7:00 PM until 5 September 2026 at 6:00 PM
1. The Competition
1.1 The “Win Bronsea for a Year” competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Bronsea.
1.2 The Competition opens on 28 August 2026 at 7:00 PM and closes on 5 September 2026 at 6:00 PM.
1.3 By entering the Competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of Bronsea, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Bronsea reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Competition, place a qualifying Bronsea order during the Competition Period.
3.2 Each qualifying order will receive one entry into the Competition.
3.3 Each separate qualifying order constitutes one entry. Purchasing multiple products within a single order does not result in additional entries.
3.4 Orders must be successfully placed before 5 September 2026 at 6:00 PM to qualify.
3.5 Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders will not qualify.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive 12 Bronsea tanning accelerators, with one product supplied approximately once per month for 12 consecutive months.
4.2 Based on Bronsea’s current retail price of £22.99 per product, the total retail value of the prize is £275.88.
4.3 The specific Bronsea product supplied each month will be determined by Bronsea.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.5 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Bronsea’s reasonable control, Bronsea reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2 The winner will be selected using a randomised computerised selection process.
5.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their qualifying order.
5.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Bronsea reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1 The first Bronsea product will be sent to the winner following confirmation of their eligibility.
6.2 The remaining 11 products will be sent approximately monthly over the following 11 months.
6.3 The prize will be delivered to a UK address supplied by the winner.
7. General
7.1 Bronsea reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the Competition.
7.2 Bronsea reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
7.3 Bronsea’s decision regarding the administration of the Competition and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
7.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8. Winner Announcement
8.1 The winner may be announced on Bronsea’s social media channels following confirmation of their eligibility.
8.2 Bronsea will not publish the winner’s personal contact details.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information provided when entering the Competition will be handled in accordance with Bronsea’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 Personal information will be used for administering the Competition and for any other purposes to which the entrant has separately consented.
