By placing an order, you confirm that:

All products are subject to availability.

4. Safe Use of Our Products

Bronsea tanning accelerators are designed to support the skin's natural tanning process.

Our products:

  • Do not contain SPF unless clearly stated.
  • Do not protect against sunburn or harmful UV rays.
  • Should always be used responsibly alongside appropriate sun protection where necessary.

Before first use:

  • Perform a patch test at least 24 hours before application.
  • Read and follow all product instructions.
  • Stop using the product immediately if irritation occurs.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have sensitive skin, allergies or any existing skin condition.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Bronsea cannot guarantee individual tanning results, as results vary based on skin type, UV exposure, genetics and other personal factors.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does notmean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • A pricing or product description error has occurred.
  • We suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Products are unavailable.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Bronsea is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services.
  • Customs procedures.
  • Severe weather.
  • Industrial action.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of products transfers to you once payment has been received in full and thegoods have been delivered.

8. Returns & Refunds

If you purchase as a consumer within the UK, your rights are protected under theConsumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of Mind

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or unsealed tanning products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Returned products must be:

  • Unopened.
  • Unused.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Returned within the applicable cancellation period.

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • Cannot normally be used together unless stated.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May expire without notice.
  • May be withdrawn where misuse or fraud is suspected.

We reserve the right to cancel promotional offers at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bronsea website, including logos, branding, product names, images, graphics, videos, text and website design, belongs to Bronsea or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any contentwithout our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website unlawfully.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Introduce viruses or malicious software.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
